How to enjoy your Capriz experience!

STEP 1: Sit down, relax, and enjoy a drink while we explain the Capriz dining experience.

STEP 2: Visit our gourmet salad bar of over 20 items including pasta salads, imported cheeses, cured meats and Italian side dishes.

STEP 3: Turn your card green side up, signaling that you are ready for tableside service to begin.

STEP 4: Enjoy unlimited offerings of made from scratch pizza and pasta dishes served tableside & 4 selections of delectable fire roasted meats that are brought to your table and served gaucho style.

STEP 5: When you are satisfied, flip the card to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.

STEP 6: If you wish, end the meal with dessert from our additional menu of Italian inspired desserts.
